msg_buffer ==> Inventory Interface could not process some of the lines in the batch as they are locked by another process.
W:Inventory Interface could not process some of the lines in the batch as they are locked by another process.

Solution

Personalizations are stored in tables, separate
from the forms they alter:

FND_FORM_CUSTOM_RULES
FND_FORM_CUSTOM_ACTIONS
FND_FORM_CUSTOM_SCOPES
FND_FORM_CUSTOM_PROP_LIST
FND_FORM_CUSTOM_PROP_VALUES
FND_FORM_CUSTOM_PARAMS
FND_INDUSTRIES

==注意事項==

Necessary Coding For Views
• Call code in your ON-INSERT, ON-UPDATE, ON-DELETE, and ON-LOCK
triggers to access the base table instead of the view
• Create ROWID as the first column in your view, and alias it to ROW_ID
• Use the ROWID of the main entity table in your view

沒有On WMS時，不同的Cost Group 可以做Subinventory Transfer; WMS on了以後，就不行了。

Comingle Cost Groups - The material being put away has one cost group while
the destination has material of another cost group. There are no characteristics
(revision, lot, serial, or license plate) which would differentiate these two groups
of material. The system does not allow cost group commingling where the cost
group cannot be identified by some physical characteristic

Please verify your setting as below picture.

Uncheck []Close Other Forms, then it should be ok now.
