Purpose

This note explains how CUSTOM library and form personalization can be used in Oracle Applications forms processing, provides an understanding of different methods of customizations, troubleshooting, sample examples and Limitations.

Scope and Application

This note is intended for any users who is aware of Oracle form properties and Oracle Applications.

This scope of this note is to understand what customizations customers do. 

Examples are provided here for CUSTOM library, Form personalization to enhance the functioning of Oracle Application forms can be used under there own risk.

Solution:

找出User Client 使用的jdk版本，並到該版本的Jre目錄(C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_07\bin\client\)下複製 Jvm.dll 覆蓋Jinititator 1.3.1.xx\(C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.28\bin\hotspot)下的 jvm.dll

ps. 請先備份原Jinititator 1.3.1.xx 下的Jvm.dll

簡單說明一下這個設定的緣由：

因為IE 升級到7.0後，常常給我掛掉，後來我就改用Firefox， 但是卻常常給我出現CGI無法開啟的錯誤，

於是同事呢教我把個人登入EBS HomePage Profile 改掉，避免去initial Java 的問題，下面再補充說明前後的差異：
