These steps are my way , I am not following oracle coding standard guide.

For you all reference.

Step 1 : New Report

Step 2 : Build a new report manually

  ==> [OK]

Step 3 : Right Click report name then open “Property Palette”.

Step 4 : Setup Report perperties

1. 1. Name : Report Name (as file name)
2. 2. Design In Characters Units : 使用文字單元設計（Layout design）

Step 5 : Define report page size

※ 可參考Page Size

Step 6 : Define layout designer env.

  一個字元一個grid
