Oracle 11.5.7

1. setup book control前要注意，先setup >security>organization>description
2. setup responsibility 要注意: security profile 設定完成後，
    要執行一個動作 Run request [Security List Maintenance] Request  
 
3. Asset Category 一旦assign 給fa book後，account 不能再做任何修改，所以設定時要很注意。
 
4. 新的年度要Run "Depreciation Run" 前，要設定次年度的 Fiscal Year
    ex. 現在是2006 年，要先設定2007年的fiscal year(不然執行折舊，會發生錯誤)
