The output and log directories are setup at installation level.

This could be done by defining the BD or Server environment variables APPLCSF, APPLLOG, and APPLOUT.

If APPLCSF has a value, the request log files will be written in $APPLCSF/log directory, and the output files in $APPLCSF/out directory for all modules.

If APPLCSF has no a value, the request log files will be writen in $<MODULE& gt; _TOP/$APPLLOG and the output files will be written in $<MODULE>_TOP/$ APPLOUT for each modules.

Where <MODULE> is the shortname of the module; for example, GL for General Ledger Module.

Those variables are defined in the applications environment file. When the concurrent managers start, they look the values in these variables. When a concurent process is executed depending on the environment variable values and the applications module, the directory for log and out files is determined.

一、 前言:

Oracle 11.5.10 提供開發人員一個可以依據不同的Form客製特殊需求，設定需要修改的畫面呈現或其他控制(即Custom Code>Personalize)，該設定需要從AP UI上設定需要APPS帳號權限，因為我們公司於正式環境並不開放APPS權限給一般開發人員，僅有DBA有該帳號權限，由此緣故筆者撰寫此文件提供開發者瞭解如何於測試環境中匯出已設定/測試完成的Custom Form Code Rule。

Ps. DBA雖有APPS權限，但其無其他模組權限，故無法協助開發人員進系統設定。

二、 操作說明(匯出):

1) Telnet 登入Test AP主機

2) cd $FND_TOP

3) NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHT16BIG5; export NLS_LANG

4) FNDLOAD apps/apps 0 Y DOWNLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/affrmcus.lct \ PO_POXPOEPO.ldt FND_FORM_CUSTOM_RULES function_name='PO_POXPOEPO'

5) ls 確認一下該ldt檔案(ex. PO_POXPOEPO.ldt 參圖 二)有無產生，如果沒有請查看 log檔(ex.O2424133.log)

6) 用FTP將 PO_POXPOEPO.ldt 檔案 Download 到你的電腦,注意:請用ASCII 方式下載

7) Download下來後，將 PO_POXPOEPO.ldt交由DBA，請DBA import 到正式環境中

三、 操作說明(匯入):

1) Telnet 登入Prod AP主機

2) 輸入 cd $FND_TOP

3) 輸入 NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHT16BIG5; export NLS_LANG

4) FNDLOAD apps/apps 0 Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/affrmcus.lct \ PO_POXPOEPO.ldt (ps. 記得把此Command提供給DBA upload)

5) 進系統看看是否有程式註冊成功

我想這是後門的程式，是不應該流通的，但是我想讓DBA 瞭解在做帳號權限時，一定要注意把所有的帳號密碼更新掉，因為有這樣的解密程式，在資料庫的安全上，dba有更艱鉅的任務與職責，以目前的方式只要有一個帳號密碼洩漏就很危險。

所以要常常改密碼喔~~

還有fnd_user這個 Table or View  除了DBA的account不要輕易Grant其他owner.
也是危險的..

真是不安全的～～東西

Question : 如何上Oracle ERP Patch...?

前陣子請教了我們家的超強 DBA ...
請問他 平常都怎麼上Patch的 ..？
因為平常接觸不到這塊，所以感覺好像很難的樣子
聽他一解說後 發現沒有我想像的這麼難ㄟ

DBA 說：
1. 上Metalink Download你要上的Patch後
2. 將Patch解壓縮到Server上 一個固定放Patch 的目錄（這樣以後你就知道友沒有上過這個patch了）
3. 到該目錄中執行 "ADPatch"指令
4. Ask your Log Name (ex. PatchName.log)
5. Ask your Program 要裝那一隻程式(ex. *.drv)
6.Ask Path 在哪？(ex. 照上步驟的話，應該是在本路徑下)

ps. ADPatch是Oracle 上Patch時用的script，他會自動安裝Patch，一點都不需要我們操心、他會自己把檔案送到哪？其實我們也不會知道的 

Question : 是不是每次上ERP Patch.都需要Shutdown DB..?

  不一定，如果需要Shutdown,他自己會把Concurrent 給停掉...

Problem

在ERP Form中按了[Export]功能後，閃了一個Export視窗，但沒有Save File的畫面跳出來，為什麼別人的電腦可以?

Solution

1. 在你按下[Export]後，同時按下 [Ctrl]鍵 => 這時候應該會
   出現{Save File}的視窗
2. IE瀏覽器:工具>網際網路選項>安全性>[自訂層級]>下載>檔案下載 =>啟用  (參照下圖的設定)

之前在前公司，一直以為Oracle的Report都會用Brower自動開啟，來到這裡才知道，原來是需要設定Profile的。

這個Profile可以By User設定，所以每個人都可以設定唷!!

如何設定呢?

1. [工具列]-->[Edit]-->[Preference]-->[Profiles]
2. 這時會出現Profile的設定畫面
3. 找出Profile = Viewer: Application for HTML
4. 在User Value處選擇你要瀏覽的 工具

ps.如果你只能選到一種，那就找你們dba問問吧!!

首先，確認你的Profile設定是否是設在Form Level
